What does MemberPort do?
MemberPort connects a Shopify product catalogue to a Discord server you manage. Select products or a collection, announce now or schedule a drop, and send product names with direct product links to your chosen channel.
Can I schedule a Shopify product drop in Discord?
Yes. The current app supports immediate and scheduled drops. Scheduled delivery is processed by a background worker; it is not a promise of delivery at an exact second.
Does activating a product publish it to my storefront?
No. Setting a product Active and publishing it to a sales channel are separate Shopify settings. Check the Online Store availability and the actual customer-facing links before announcing.
What does the Discord message include?
Product names and direct links, with Shopify product images when available and shopping buttons. Review the app’s announcement preview before sending. Customer details and order data are outside this workflow.
Does MemberPort manage paid Discord access or customer roles?
No. MemberPort currently handles product announcements. It does not sync customers or orders, verify purchases, grant membership roles, send DMs or email, or remove access after refunds.
Is MemberPort available in the Shopify App Store?
Public App Store availability has not been confirmed. Request early access to discuss your store and launch workflow. We will explain the available setup before asking you to connect anything.
What does it cost?
Public paid plans are not live on this website. Request early access and we will explain availability and any terms before setup. Submitting the form does not start a subscription or charge you.
