What you share through this website
The early-access forms collect your email, optional store URL, product-drop use case, product-selection preference, message, consent, and, on the homepage form, your name. The application may also record which page led you to it.
How the information is used
We use these details to review your inquiry, reply, discuss fit and availability, and coordinate the setup you agree to. Submitting this form does not sign you up to an unrelated marketing list, connect a store or server, install the app, or start a paid subscription.
Hosting and form processing
The public website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify Forms processes submissions and may retain them in its dashboard or forward them to a configured notification destination. Avoid submitting customer lists, payment details, access tokens, or passwords.
Product information is separate
The public website does not read your Shopify catalogue or Discord server. The current app uses product catalogue information and store configuration to deliver product-name and product-link announcements. Its own product privacy notice explains that workflow.
Retention and your choices
We do not sell inquiry information. We keep it while it is needed to handle your request, the resulting relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing zach.chester@gmail.com from the address used in your inquiry.
