Policy / MemberPort
Privacy policy.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This policy explains how MemberPort handles information submitted through the founding pilot waitlist and product website. MemberPort is operated by Zachary Chester.
Information you submit
When you join the pilot waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, store URL, selected use case, qualification rule, and the message you send. We use this information to evaluate fit, reply to your inquiry, coordinate pilot setup, and send relevant product updates.
Website and form processing
The website is hosted using Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and may be retained in the site’s form dashboard or forwarded to an operator-configured notification destination. Do not submit passwords, payment details, customer lists, or other sensitive information through the waitlist form.
Product access data
The public site does not connect to your Shopify store or Discord server. If you become a pilot partner, any product data used during setup will be explained as part of the pilot onboarding and handled only to operate, debug, and improve the agreed workflow.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell waitlist information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to host the site, process form submissions, communicate with you, or operate an approved pilot workflow. We retain inquiry information only as long as it is useful for the inquiry, pilot relationship, legal obligations, or reasonable business records.
Your choices
You may ask what information we have about your inquiry, request correction, or ask us to stop sending product updates. Reply through the channel used for your inquiry and include the email address you used to sign up.
Changes
This policy may change as MemberPort moves from private pilot to public product. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
